The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of (CLEARLY MENTION AGE).

Returns & Exchanges

 Absolutely no exchanges or returns on any Merchandise outside of our Policy, specifically designed for Exchanges on Hippie Fits Apparel ONLY.

Our Hippie Fits Apparel Exchange Policy does not allow for any Returns at all. Our policy will allow for our Customers to Exchange Hippie Fits Apparel pieces for an alternate size or a Store Credit, which includes one or the other, not both.

Tax 

 All applicable state taxes apply. 

Order Processing 

 Orders are processed Monday-Friday for orders placed from the previous week. Please allow for 5-7 days for processing of your order.

Shipping

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. 

Shipments or deliveries do not occur on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, orders may be subject to delays. These changes will be communicated on our website or via email.

*We do offer FREE Shipping on ALL Orders over $50.00.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We do not ship to P.O Boxes. Must be a Physical Address for Shipping Purposes.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation when your order is preparing to Leave our Warehouse. We will provide you with Tracking # by Email when it becomes available. 

Customs, duties, and taxes

Hippie Stixx Co.  is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Hippie Stixx Co. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact USPS or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

All International Shipping Rates Apply on ALL Internationally Shipped Orders. FREE SHIPPING Policy not applicable on International Orders placed.
